Job Highlight:
We are part of the IT function responsible for managing enterprise systems that support HR, Finance, and Payroll operations, with Workday as the core platform.
We are looking for an intern to support day-to-day system operations, documentation, and basic functional tasks. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to how large organizations run critical business functions through technology.
What you will do:
Support documentation of business processes across HR, Finance, and Payroll in Workday
Assist with data validation, report checks, and basic reconciliation tasks
Help track and follow up on system issues and user requests
Support testing of system changes and enhancements (UAT support)
Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and internal documentation
Work with internal teams to understand requirements and support ongoing operations
Assist in data clean-up, audits, and system improvement activities
What you will need:
B.Tech / BCA / BBA / B.Com or any related undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Requirements
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in structured, process-driven environments
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, including data handling, validation, and basic analysis
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to learn and contribute across HR, Finance, and IT domains
- Ability to manage repetitive and operational tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Exposure to Workday or other ERP systems will be an added advantage
Stipend: INR 25000/month
Location: New Delhi/Mumbai/ Bangalore
