The Associate Board is a group designed to help RLC stay innovative, raise awareness among young professionals, and support the mission of RLC. As rising leaders in their respective industries, Associate Board Members work together to leverage their time, talent, and resources to promote RLC’s mission, recruit new members, and raise funds. Associate Board Members are provided with the opportunity to build leadership skills while utilizing their personal and professional networks, and expertise for an extraordinary cause.

Responsibilities

• Develop key strategic initiatives

• Engage donors & fundraise
• Plan social events
• Raise awareness
• Skills-based volunteering

Requirements

• Individual annual Give/Get: $2,000
• Quarterly Associate Board meetings
• Quarterly volunteering
• Time commitment: ~4 hours/month
