Job Type: 6-month contract (Extension is possible based on performance)

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Work-hours: 40 hours per week

Remuneration: 35k – 45k per month (Negotiable as per experience)

About Inqui-Lab Programs -

Inqui-Lab programs aim to nurture problem-solving capacities in adolescents aged 12 to 18 years. When we look at the OECD Report and our National Educational Policy, it is clear that the students of today need to learn more than just literacy and numeracy. They need such adaptive capacities that not only make them job ready but help them solve the many complex problems that they see around them. What better place to support and build these skills than when young? Through our foundational programs, the in-person Think & Make and the hybrid School Innovation Challenge (UniSolve), we work towards providing problem-solving experiences to students using simplified design thinking processes. With the targeted Discover & Empower Student Innovators (DESI), we work towards creating a community of students who have displayed intent to solve problems from our foundational programs by leveraging technology and providing them with a safe space. With Youth for Social Impact, we work alongside Higher Education partners to nurture human centered design and entrepreneurial mindsets in college-going youth. Across all, the main offering remains - engage in problem-solving, introduce & strengthen target skills, and build awareness of different opportunities.

About the Role -

Support Inqui-Lab in improving student outcomes by identifying relevant pathways, building opportunity partnerships, and helping students access and progress through them. This role will combine student engagement, research, coordination and ecosystem building.

Core Roles & Responsibilities -

• Student Needs & Pathway Mapping: Understand student interests, aspirations, capabilities and barriers, and identify the opportunities and pathways most relevant to different student segments.

• Opportunity Identification & Activation: Research, vet and maintain a strong pipeline of competitions, fellowships, scholarships, internships, incubators and other opportunities, and support students through successful applications and participation.

• Pathway Partnerships: Research and support cultivation of relationships with universities, incubators, corporates, ecosystem organizations and opportunity providers that can create meaningful pathways for Inqui-Lab students.

• Program & Student Engagement: Coordinate DESI and other student-facing initiatives, ensuring students, mentors and partners are well supported and that program milestones translate into meaningful next-step opportunities.

• Student & Alumni Outcomes: Build systems to track student/alumni engagement and progression, document outcomes and stories, and translate these insights into evidence for partnerships, proposals and communications.

• Student Outcomes: Increasing the number of students accessing relevant opportunities and supporting meaningful progression through student pathways.

• Pathway Ecosystem: Building a growing, well-vetted network of opportunities and partners aligned to student needs.

• Ownership & Strategic Growth: Progressing from research and coordination to independently identifying student needs, developing pathway solutions and cultivating relationships that improve student outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications -

● Strong research, synthesis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand student needs and identify relevant opportunities.

● Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Freshers with relevant internships, projects or demonstrated interest in incubation, entrepreneurship, innovation, education or student/youth development are encouraged to apply.

● Excellent written and verbal communication.

● Strong relationship-building, coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

● High ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

● Comfortable with Google Workspace/Sheets and data management, with the ability to turn information into actionable systems.
