CRM Developer

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

The CRM Developer is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Good360’s CRM systems, with Salesforce at the core. This role blends advanced administrative capabilities with development work to support efficient, secure, and scalable business operations. The individual in this role will work closely with business units to understand needs, recommend system improvements, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

  • Serve as the primary developer for Salesforce and related CRM systems
  • Collaborate with our Salesforce partner on user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and data security
  • Create and manage automation tools such as Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
  • Perform development work, including Apex triggers, Visualforce pages, and AgentForce
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise platforms (NetSuite, Magento, DotDigital)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that support operational decision-making
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user support content
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate features for potential adoption

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Salesforce Administrator II Certification required (experience with nonprofit cloud a plus)
  • 7+ years of experience developing in Salesforce environments
  • Experience with advanced configuration (complex cross platform flows, security and compliance,)
  • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, VisualForce, AgentForce. Familiarity with Data Cloud a plus)
  • Familiarity with enterprise platform integrations and API-based connections
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to balance technical, operational, and business priorities
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies preferred
  • Additional certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, etc.) a plus

Salary Range

$95,000 - $105,000 annually

Note: Compensation is based on a candidate's experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This range is based on Washington, D.C.–Maryland–Virginia (DMV) market data; offers to candidates outside this area will reflect local market data.

Work Location


Hybrid, based in our Old Town Alexandria, VA office (minimum of two days per week with Tuesday as an anchor day)
