The Opportunity
The Manager, Nonprofit Development will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate partners, many listed in the Forbes Top 50 as well as nonprofits working in partnership with Good360. This role will ensure effective collaboration between donors and nonprofit recipients, facilitate automated donation programs, initiate and manage pilot programs, and identify opportunities to broaden the scope of donor relationships. The Manager, Nonprofit Development will execute operational needs through a continuous improvement lens while overseeing various program pillars including Data, Operations, and Special Projects. The position will explore and integrate additional key accounts as they are identified.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Account Management:
- Serve as a primary liaison between Good360 and key corporate partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor expectations.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to enhance donor engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and potential new partnerships.
- Donor-Nonprofit Relationship Facilitation:
- Foster and manage relationships between corporate donors and nonprofit recipients, ensuring mutual accountability and successful collaboration.
- Coordinate communication and activities between corporate headquarters, site-level contacts, and nonprofit partners.
- Program Management:
- Oversee pilot programs, trial partnerships, and manage multiple workflow pillars within each account, including:
- Data: Monitor and analyze key metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
- Operations: Ensure efficient logistical processes for the distribution of donated goods, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Special Projects: Lead the development and execution of innovative initiatives that align with donor objectives and Good360’s mission.
- Oversee pilot programs, trial partnerships, and manage multiple workflow pillars within each account, including:
- Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on program status, challenges, and achievements.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to internal teams and corporate partners, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, corporate partnerships, or related roles, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
- Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts, with a track record of successful program implementation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel domestically to meet with partners as needed

Salary
$65,000-70,000 with 5% bonus potential
