We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO and leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring the executive team and Board of Directors have the resources, information, and coordination needed to drive Good360’s mission forward. Acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, the Executive Assistant will facilitate executive outreach, external relations, and office administration with professionalism and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage a wide range of administrative tasks that enable the CEO to effectively lead Good360.
- Work closely with the CEO to keep her informed of upcoming commitments and priorities, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring her time is allocated to the highest priority initiatives.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs ahead of meetings, conferences, and engagements.
- Attend select meetings, take detailed notes, capture action items, and ensure follow-through.
- Coordinate leadership and staff meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking.
- Provide support for select HR initiatives as needed.
Board Support & Liaison
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Board of Directors.
- Manage all logistics for board meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda distribution, presentation preparation, attendance tracking, and minute-taking.
- Assist in coordinating board committees and ensuring timely communication.
Communications, Donor Relations & Outreach
- Draft and edit internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO and leadership team.
- Support donor relations by tracking donor interactions and managing acknowledgments in collaboration with the Head of Impact Giving.
- Maintain key contact records and relationship tracking in Salesforce, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
- Coordinate the ordering of merchandise and gifts for staff, board members, and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the marketing team and PR consultant to support external meetings, events, and public relations initiatives
Office Administration
- Oversee office management functions, ensuring policies and procedures are in place to support a productive work environment.
- Assist in selecting vendors and managing purchases for office supplies, services, and equipment.
- Provide on-site support for meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Seven to 10 years’ experience supporting executives, preferably in a nonprofit organization.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms
- Demonstrates sound judgement on decision making ability.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.

Work Location
- Hybrid work with an office in Old Town Alexandria. Travel is necessary for semi-annual Board Meetings and occasional events with the CEO.
- Starting salary $75,000 plus annual bonus
