The Opportunity

If you are an individual who has a good work ethic and is looking for a position with an opportunity for leadership, we have an opportunity in Omaha. We are looking to hire a full-time position as a Production Specialist to help with packing cartons of donated product from clothing to personal care items and leading volunteer and temporary help.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sort and pack cartons for distribution
• Help supervise temporary and volunteer staff.
• Help manage the overall efficiency and quality of production.
• Effectively communicate with supervisors, staff, and volunteers
• Demonstrate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Light physical activity – on your feet most of the day

• Ability to stand/walk for an extended period of time
• Lifting of up to 50 pounds without limitation
