Some of these products are sorted for re-distribution in our Omaha warehouse. We’re looking to hire a Production Manager based in Omaha.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of 10-15 temporary, volunteer, and permanent staff
• Manage the sorting and packing of donated products for distribution
• Manage the efficiency and quality of production while serving as part of the team
• Work with Senior Operations Manager to create production plans
• Ensure that production plans are effectively executed by teams
• Light physical activity on your feet most of the day
• Assume responsibilities of Sr. Operations Manager in their absence
• Independently manage projects and improve workflow efficiencies

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience showing growth in responsibilities
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn internal software
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and lead by example
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Goal-oriented focus
• High level of motivation
