Role Overview

Description of Position: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager, Identity, KYC, KYB to lead the strategy, development, and execution of identity verification and onboarding solutions across our platform. This role will focus on building best-in-class capabilities for Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Business (KYB), and identity risk management to support our clients’ compliance and fraud prevention needs.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, compliance, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Identity, KYC, and KYB solutions
  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs in regulatory compliance and identity verification
  • Stay current on global regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, KYB, sanctions screening)
• Product Development
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to design and deliver identity verification workflows
  • Build features such as onboarding, document verification, entity resolution, risk scoring, and monitoring
  • Prioritize features based on customer impact, regulatory requirements, and business value
• Customer & Market Insights
  • Engage with customers to understand pain points and validate product solutions
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends in identity, fraud, and compliance technologies
• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory standards
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to define product positioning and support go-to-market efforts
  • Act as the subject matter expert for identity, KYC, and KYB within the organization
• Performance & Optimization
  • Define KPIs and success metrics (e.g., onboarding conversion rates, false positives, verification speed)
  • Continuously improve product performance using data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, Regtech, or financial services
• Strong experience with KYC, KYB, identity verification, or AML compliance products
• Deep understanding of identity data, onboarding flows, and fraud/risk signals
• Experience working with APIs, data platforms, and technical teams
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable product features
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global compliance frameworks (e.g., FATF, FinCEN, GDPR)
• Familiarity with third-party identity providers (e.g., document verification, biometrics, business registries)
• Experience in B2B SaaS product environments
• Background in data analytics or machine learning-driven products
