  • Interface with the Data Analytics team, related to trends, conversions, user growth, engagement, etc
  • Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, drive programming decisions for our Instagram account(s), making necessary recommendations to consistently improve our platform strategy based on post performance, engagements, etc.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with Instagram, spending several hours a day creating and using the platform. They are ideally a creator themselves, or perhaps create for a media publisher or in a social marketing organization. They have their finger on the pulse of Instagram trends, top creators, and hacks and have successfully built and grown an audience and meaningful engagement themselves, or helped accelerate for other creators/organizations.

Also critical is the necessary interpersonal skills to work within an all-volunteer team who care deeply about Democracy and brings a collaborative, enthusiastic attitude to their volunteer duties.
