The Development Associate plays a key role in supporting We Care Solar’s fundraising and communication efforts, supporting the systems and relationships that make our work possible. This position is responsible for managing donor data and systems, streamlining administrative processes, and supporting donor stewardship to keep our development operation strong, efficient, and responsive.
