Pay Type: 1099 Contractor.
Pay: – $50/hour. Part Time – ~7 hours/week for ~3 months.

Position Description: TurnUp is looking for a creative and experienced cold email marketing manager to manage a cold-email campaign being sent to teachers, guidance counselors, and college professors offering a job opportunity for their students. The manager will be responsible for using their skills to develop and manage the sending of these cold email marketing campaigns. This will include selecting a email-sending service provider, and taking steps to ensure emails arrive in the inbox. The manager must have significant experience in cold email marketing and effective strategies to get into inboxes. The manager must also understand testing, reporting and metrics. In summary, the manager will be responsible for coordinating and sending these cold-email campaigns.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and create a cold-email sending strategy for this campaign.
- Select email-sending service provider and ensure emails arrive in inbox.
- Utilize reporting and metrics to adjust as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
· Experience creating and managing cold email campaigns sent to thousands of recipients.
Creativity and excitement about developing successful cold email campaigns.
· Knowledge of best practices for cold email campaigns and making sure emails arrive in the inbox.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to craft engaging content.
· Organized, able to multitask, and balance multiple deadlines
· Self-Starter

Compensation/Benefits: Part Time Contractor – ~7 Hours/Week at $50/hour
