Access & Information Hub Operations FellowPart-Time / Fellowship / Internship Position OverviewTrans Health HQ is seeking an Access & Information Hub Operations Fellow to help maintain, strengthen, and scale the largest free curated resource hub in trans health and wellness (5,000+ vetted resources across gender-affirming care, mental health, insurance navigation, legal support, preventative services, and more). You will ensure the hub remains accurate, up-to-date, intelligently structured, and continuously improving. Responsibilities include database upkeep, automating inputs, refining workflows, and supporting ongoing training and refresh of internal models and systems. What You’ll Do- Resource Database Maintenance: Review, update, and verify resources for accuracy, relevance, and functionality. Identify outdated links, duplicates, and coverage gaps.- Automation & Workflow Improvement: Streamline resource ingestion, categorization, and tagging; improve data integrity; automate repetitive processes where possible.- Model Training & Refresh: Refine internal tools that power search, categorization, and recommendations; ensure systems reflect updated data and community needs.- Quality Control & Data Hygiene: Maintain structured metadata standards; ensure consistent tagging and categorization across thousands of entries.- Landscape Monitoring: Track developments in trans health, policy changes, emerging services, and community resources to proactively expand and improve the hub.- Community-Centered Improvements: Identify unmet information needs—especially for underserved populations—and recommend strategic updates to address access gaps. What We’re Looking For- Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured data.- Interest in digital health, health equity, or public health infrastructure.- Ability to manage recurring operational tasks with consistency.- Comfort using tools like Airtable, Notion, spreadsheets, CMS systems, or similar.- Curiosity about the trans health landscape and care access challenges.
