The Jed Foundation (JED) seeks a skilled and experienced LMS and Digital Product Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Product Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to The Jed Foundation and its end users by maintaining JED’s Learning Management System and several connected technologies in JED’s Online Training ecosystem. These tools are used by thousands of educators, administrators and community-based organizations each year in support of JED’s mission to prevent suicide and protect the emotional health our nation’s teens and young adults.

The LMS and Digital Product Administrator works closely with the Educational Programming team to maintain and scale technology-based training that supports JED’s suicide prevention programs, which include school professionals participating in JED Academic Programs, youth-serving community-based organizations and caring adults like parents, caregivers and trusted adults.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be self-motivated to learn new skills, be well organized, have excellent communication and troubleshooting skills, demonstrate keen attention to detail and be excited about helping shaping technology to scale the impact and reach of JED’s programs.

This is a remote position with approximate 5% travel for internal meetings within the US.
