Following the invasion of Ukraine, many Ukrainian citizens have lost healthcare access due to relocation and the destruction of medical facilities in Ukraine. These are predominantly families with small children, the elderly, and persons with chronic conditions or disabilities. To address this disparity, a team of Stanford medical students and clinicians initiated a telehealth solution to connect Ukrainians in need of medical assistance to U.S. and Ukraine-based physicians.
