About Technovation

For 20 years, Technovation has been helping girls and women become technology creators, innovators, entrepreneurs and builders. We work in over 120 countries with corporate, foundation, and institutional partners to give people the tools and mentorship and community they need to build real solutions to problems they care about – and to achieve well-being for themselves and their communities.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious, hands-on fundraising leader who is very skilled at building relationships, strong story telling and writing skills, and is open to learning and building systems with AI agents as part of the fundraising team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate and individual donor fundraising and ensure technovation meets its annual revenue goals.
  • Build an implementation plan for reaching Technovation’s strategic plan revenue goals.
  • Lead and develop a fundraising team supported by AI agents, setting clear priorities, coaching team members on their own portfolios, and modeling the kind of ownership you want from them.
  • Work closely with the CEO to engage the Board of Directors in fundraising, equipping board members to open doors and make asks where appropriate.
  • Partner with programs, marketing, and events teams to ensure funding proposals reflect programmatic reality and that fundraising events and campaigns are well-executed.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of fundraising, business development, or related experience, including direct responsibility for closing gifts or partnerships (experience with organizational budgets $3M+ preferred).
  • Charismatic story teller and warm relationship builder
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Interest and ability to keep up with AI tools and agentic engineering
  • Experience leading a team
  • Comfortable building in ambiguity, prioritizing independently, and taking ownership of outcomes without needing detailed direction
  • Strong sense of self-efficacy
  • Dedicated to Technovation’s mission of building innovators for life

We Offer:

This is a full-time position. Our benefits include:

  • 20 vacation days in addition to all federal holidays and sick time
  • A paid organization-wide week-long shutdown at the end of the year
  • 100% cost coverage of medical, dental, and vision costs for employees and a portion of the cost for partners and dependents
  • Life-insurance coverage
  • 401k program with an organization match after two years
  • Option to participate in FSA and DCA pre-tax programs
  • Tenure bonus plan
  • Remote work with core work hours and flexible scheduling

We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity among its applicant pool as well as within our staff, Board, and partners. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
