Position Overview:
TechBridge is seeking dynamic and dedicated Student Success Coaches to lead classrooms of 25-30 adult learners. Student Success Coaches play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality learning experience by providing individualized and group support to learners. Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 5:00-9:00 p.m., with both virtual and in-person options available. This is a contract position, and compensation rates are commensurate with experience.

Student Success Coaches play a critical role in ensuring a high-quality learning experience by providing individualized and group support to learners. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage classroom environments, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Conduct one-on-one check-ins with learners to track their progress and address individual challenges.
- Host group support meetings to promote peer collaboration and collective problem-solving.
- Monitor, document, and report learner performance, including attendance, engagement, and progress.
- Initiate and document intervention plans for learners facing challenges and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Connect learners with internal and external resources to address academic, professional, or personal needs.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners to encourage their development and achievement of educational goals.
- Prepare and distribute weekly updates to stakeholders on class progress and learner performance.
- Actively collaborate with program staff to enhance curriculum delivery and improve student outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a teaching, coaching, or mentoring role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in virtual learning platforms and technology tools.
- Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and trust with learners and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving learner challenges.
