TechBridge is a nonprofit that arms other nonprofits on the frontline of alleviating the causes of poverty and technology that will allow them to expand the impact of their mission for the millions of men, women, and children who suffer from lack of access to shelter, food, employment , education, healthcare, and financial literacy.

Our Technology Career Program (TCP) is an innovative 16-week program that trains up to 30 individuals per cohort for careers in high-demand technology fields. These jobs are high-paying but often out of reach of the minority populations prevalent in the Atlanta area. As such, the TCP provides comprehensive technical skills training and certification, professional support, job training, and financial services for low-income adults who possess a high school diploma or GED. Diverse groups of students, which include recent high school graduates with limited access to traditional universities, military veterans, and career changers, are trained for high-paying jobs in Atlanta’s technology sector.

The Career and Employment Specialist drives professional development and employment outcomes for Technology Career Program participants. This person assists in developing the employment framework for the Technology Career Program and builds upon existing relationships in the talent acquisition community. The person will manage the talent acquisition process's presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components. This opportunity will provide you with visibility and interaction with leaders and associates, give you autonomy and flexibility in your role, and position you to serve as a talent advisor.
