About The RoleTechBridge is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join our family. Our consultants are highly motivated to learn and grow, self-driven individuals who work to configure and deliver Salesforce solutions. Our consultants collaborate within a team to share knowledge, challenges, and responsibilities. A consultant is assigned to multiple projects – working with the client, a project manager, and a lead architect. Responsibilities of the Consultant include:
  • Understanding business requirements and ensuring implemented solution appropriately meets the desired goals
  • Configuration of data model, process automation through flows, security configuration of profiles/permission sets/sharing rules, and configuration of 3rd party AppExchange packages or 3 rd party tools
  • Build custom reports and dashboards
  • Data import through the data loader
  • Participate in testing and implementation of fixes to identified bugs and issues
  • Provide user and admin training sessions
  • Effectively manage one or more clients and/or projects simultaneously
  • Assist with client support and resolving cases
Who You Are:
  • You are a data scientist . You know how to put technology to task. You understand how to work within different stakeholder systems and know how to ensure sustainable integration and use of final deliverables in support of partner objectives. You can understand the language of nonprofits and translate it into technical requirements, and vice versa.
  • You are an experienced project manager. You have a proven track record of successfully managing full life-cycle tech projects and can leverage agile or other management styles to execute a project from start to finish. You have experience managing technical teams and outputs and are comfortable breaking complex problems down into bite-sized deliverables. You keep teams on task to deliver a strong product on time, identifying problems early and proactively creating solutions that leverage your strong relationship management and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce in an administrative and/or consulting capacity
  • Excellent communication skills, experience working directly with customers
  • Experience in nonprofit operations or familiarity with the needs around donor management, grants management, volunteer management, and program management
  • Highly Adaptable to change
  • Proactive self-starter who can work effectively individually and with project team members
  • Strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with Exponent Case Management (ECM)
  • Any legal background experience (working with legal aid organizations or similar background)
  • Experience with the Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud – especially the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), Program Management Module (PMM), and Nonprofit Cloud Case Management
