Spun out of Stanford University in 2009, TeachAids is a 501(c)(3) social venture that creates breakthrough software to solve persistent problems in HIV prevention around the world. Backed by Barclays, Microsoft, UNICEF, and others, TeachAids creates research-based software proven to be the most effective HIV education tools and makes them available for free under a Creative Commons License. TeachAids software is used by more than 200 NGOs, governments, and educational organizations in 78 countries.
