We need direction regarding how to set up nonprofit accounting practices and develop budgets and income and expense statements, which funders will require.IYM has placed over 750, primarily students of color in great college preparatory schools across the country. All of this by means of a dedicated working board and volunteers. IYM's vision is to streamline our operations and establish better accounting practices to better serve our students and families.,A strategic plan has been developed, which includes our fundraising and new program goals. We have researched potential funders and have prepared draft proposals, budgets and income and expense statements for future submissions.This project can be done remotely.
