About This OrganizationGreen Goddess creates a space for girls of color to be their authentic selves. Our mission is to provide emotional and social support for girls of color to develop identity, purpose, and community by providing and facilitating equitable and inclusive experiences in the outdoors. Our vision is to curate equitable and inclusive environments for young women of color to foster community, culture, and connectedness. The challenges that young girls of color face are varied from inequalities and barriers throughout their lifetime. Green Goddess has a six-step process solution to combating this problem at hand. We do so by offering outdoor exploration, holistic healing, environmental justice action trips, mentorship, career readiness, and brand partnerships.Grant writing/development - Grant Writing for Nonprofit Supporting Girls of ColorI need a volunteer's help completing 4-5 specific grant applications I have identified. I'd also like support with developing a comprehensive narrative that can be interchangeable for future grants.As a youth-led organization, fundraising has been challenging. We are looking for ways to advance our work and have the ideas, programmatic strategies, and support for the community to continue to advance this work, but we need the funds to be able to expand.I have several documents and can set up a meeting to prepare the volunteers for success. There are specific grants that I would like completed that are project-specific.This project can be done remotely.
