We are a HealthTech nonprofit providing stigma-free mental health support to Tanzanian youth, improving their well-being through digital services and community outreach programs. We envision a world where all youth have access to stigma-free mental health care, leading to improved well-being, resilience, and success in education, work, and life. OUR APPROACH We partner with the Tanzanian Government Ministry of Health to: 1. BUILD Digital mental health solutions, including mobile apps and telemedicine platforms, to enhance accessibility and reach underserved areas. 2. PROVIDE Hybrid in-person and digital mental health services, including education, therapy, screenings, community outreach workshops, and awareness campaigns to reduce stigma, for early identification and timely interventions. 3. TRAIN Mental health professionals and community workers with continuous education to enhance the quality of care and ensure effective service delivery. OUR PATHWAY TO CHANGE Because mental health challenges among youth in Tanzania are exacerbated by stigma and limited access to care, we work in underserved urban and rural areas to help Tanzanian youth access stigma-free mental health support through digital services and community outreach. We are committed to reforming mental health care for Tanzanian youth through innovative digital solutions, community outreach, and government partnerships. Our work addresses stigma, improves access to mental health services, and fosters resilience among underserved youth aged 15-25.
