What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll be one of the operators the grounds crew relies on to keep golf course machinery running safely and efficiently.

Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of golf course machinery, including mowers and turf equipment, to maintain playing surfaces to a high standard.

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns.

Turf Management Support: Apply proper mowing and maintenance techniques in line with turf management best practices.

Safety Compliance: Operate all equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.

Reporting: Flag equipment issues or turf concerns to the grounds supervisor promptly.

What We Expect

This role requires someone who is mechanically skilled, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining championship-quality playing conditions. You’ll operate specialized golf course equipment with precision while ensuring machinery remains in excellent working condition.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in machinery operation is considered an advantage.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience operating golf course machinery or similar heavy equipment. Experience in luxury golf courses or high-end resort environments is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to safely operate, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on various golf course equipment.
• Turf Knowledge: Basic understanding of turf management practices and proper mowing techniques to support high-quality course maintenance.
• Safety: Demonstrates a strong commitment to workplace safety and follows equipment operating procedures at all times.
• Eligibility: This position is open to male candidates.
