What You’ll Be Responsible For

Think of yourself as the nursing team’s right hand, keeping daily patient care running smoothly.

Daily Care Assistance: Help patients with day-to-day activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and meals.

Condition Monitoring: Observe and report changes in patient condition to the responsible nurse.

Procedure Support: Assist nurses in preparing for and carrying out simple medical procedures.

Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain cleanliness of care areas according to facility standards.

Documentation: Accurately record daily care activities.

What We Expect

You’ll be expected to work professionally within a healthcare team while ensuring patients receive the assistance they need with dignity and respect.

• Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in nursing or a related healthcare setting.
• Language: Basic working proficiency in English to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• License: Holds an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a registered nurse.
• Patient Care: Demonstrates empathy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient comfort, safety, and well-being.
• Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with nurses and other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Eligibility: This position is open to female candidates, with a maximum age of 35 years.
