A client in Slovakia has asked Solve Employment to fill a Forklift Operator position. You’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods and materials within a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll be a key operator supporting warehouse and production logistics.

Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility.

Load Handling: Handle goods carefully to prevent damage and ensure accurate placement.

Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety procedures during equipment operation.

Coordination: Work closely with warehouse or assembly staff to keep material flow on schedule.

What We Expect

This role requires someone who is reliable, safety-conscious, and confident operating forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring materials are transported safely and efficiently while supporting smooth daily operations.

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of professional forklift operating experience. Candidates must be able to provide video evidence of their operating skills.
• Physical Requirements: Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks, with a minimum height requirement of 165 cm.
• Operating Skills: Demonstrates safe forklift handling techniques, strong spatial awareness, and attention to detail when transporting materials.
• Language: Fluent English is preferred. Candidates with limited English proficiency may be considered for placement in the assembly department instead.
• Safety: Committed to following workplace safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
• Eligibility: Candidates must be no older than 40 years of age.
