Solve Employment is hiring Hospitality Officers for multiple hospitality placements with international employers. Available hospitality specializations include:

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll contribute to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences by supporting daily operations across guest service, food and beverage, or kitchen functions. Depending on your assigned role, you’ll help ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of service, quality, and professionalism.

Guest Service: Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest.

Front-of-House Operations: Welcome guests, manage reservations or waiting lists, coordinate seating arrangements, and provide accurate information when required.

Food & Beverage Service: Prepare, serve, or assist with food and beverages according to company recipes, quality standards, and service procedures.

Hospitality Operations: Operate POS systems, reservation platforms, tablets, or other hospitality technology accurately and efficiently to support daily operations.

Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across dining, café, kitchen, and service areas while following food safety and sanitation standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, service, and operational teams to ensure efficient workflow and an excellent guest experience.

Guest Relations: Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, questions, and feedback while maintaining a positive attitude.

Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety procedures, food safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, equipment maintenance, stock replenishment, and other operational tasks assigned by your supervisor.

What We Expect

This role requires someone who is customer-focused, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll represent both Solve Employment and our international hospitality partners by providing professional service while maintaining high operational and hospitality standards in a dynamic working environment.

  • Education: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) education. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Culinary Arts, Customer Service, or a related field is considered an advantage.
  • Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, cafés, restaurants, hotels, or customer service. Some placements may require additional experience depending on the employer.
  • Language: Basic to fluent English proficiency, depending on the placement. Additional language skills, such as Arabic or Korean, are considered an advantage.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using hospitality technology, including POS systems, reservation platforms, tablets, or other operational tools relevant to the assigned role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and workplace safety standards within hospitality operations.
  • Flexibility: Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays, and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Additional Skills: Experience in coffee preparation, latte art, culinary operations, or commercial kitchen equipment is welcomed but not required for every placement.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary: Earn between Rp11,000,000 and Rp40,000,000 per month, depending on your assigned role, qualifications, experience, placement country, and overtime eligibility.

  • Transportation: Transportation or transportation allowance provided, depending on the employer.
  • Visa & Work Permit: Visa sponsorship and work permit assistance throughout the deployment process.
