Solve Education! is seeking a Project Manager who is organized, accountable, and thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. This role sits at the intersection of education programs and technology, requiring someone who can hold the big picture while staying on top of the details. You’ll drive projects from initiation to completion, coordinate across teams, and keep everyone aligned and moving, even when priorities shift or ambiguity creeps in.

This is not a coordination-only role. We expect you to lead with clarity, flag risks early, solve problems independently, and take full ownership of outcomes. If you’re energized by meaningful work and can stay calm in the middle of organized chaos, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll own the end-to-end delivery of education and technology projects, ensuring they’re completed on scope, on time, and with measurable impact.

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Build and maintain detailed project plans that translate strategy into action.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with program, product, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and clear accountability across workstreams.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers. Develop mitigation plans and escalate when necessary — before things become problems.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables. Produce clear, concise status reports and dashboards for internal and external audiences.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, tools, and documentation practices across the organization.
  • Budget Oversight: Support budget tracking and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
  • AI & Tools Integration: Actively explore and apply relevant tools, including AI-powered solutions, to improve planning, reporting, and team productivity.

What We Expect

This role demands a structured thinker who can operate independently, communicate with precision, and adapt quickly when plans change.

  • Language: Strong written and verbal communication in English (interviews conducted in English).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in project management, program management, or a related role, ideally spanning both education/social impact programs and technology or product projects.
  • Project Management Skills: Solid command of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid). Able to apply the right approach for the right context.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without dropping the ball on details.
  • Communication: Clear, structured communicator who can translate technical information for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
  • Problem-Solving: Self-sufficient in diagnosing challenges and driving solutions without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or equivalent) and Google Workspace.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working across distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience working in NGOs, social enterprises, or impact-driven organizations.
  • Exposure to EdTech or product development projects.
  • Familiarity with data reporting tools or dashboards (e.g., Google Looker Studio, Notion databases).
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve project workflows or documentation.

We move fast, we care deeply, and we hold each other to a high standard. We’re not looking for someone who needs constant direction. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity and ownership to every project they touch. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
