We are seeking exceptional leaders at the C-Level, Managing Director, and Director tiers to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and transformative impact.

Senior leaders at Solve Education! are entrusted with steering the organisation toward sustainable growth while upholding its mission to make quality education accessible worldwide. These roles combine strategic foresight with operational execution — ensuring that people, processes, and partnerships are aligned to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate is a decisive and empathetic leader who thrives in complexity, inspires high-performing teams, and consistently drives meaningful outcomes in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Collaborate with the Board of Directors and leadership team to define and implement long-term organisational strategy.
  • Translate vision into executable operational plans, annual goals, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive innovation, scalability, and efficiency across functions to strengthen the organisation’s impact and sustainability.
  • Guide and oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring clear alignment between strategic priorities and execution.

People & Organisational Development

  • Cultivate a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and shared purpose.
  • Mentor, empower, and retain top talent across teams and leadership levels.
  • Ensure effective recruitment, professional development, and succession planning strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and belonging as central to organisational success.

Operational & Financial Oversight

  • Provide executive oversight on operations, finance, and governance to ensure sound, efficient, and transparent management.
  • Lead risk assessment, compliance, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Manage budgets, investments, and key resources to optimise outcomes and meet growth objectives.
  • Implement data-driven systems to monitor performance, productivity, and progress toward goals.

Stakeholder Relations & External Representation

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, funders, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the organisation publicly to enhance reputation, partnerships, and visibility.
  • Strengthen cross-sector collaboration to expand impact and reach.
  • Communicate organisational vision and progress to the Board, staff, and external audiences with clarity and transparency.

What We’re Looking For
Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Work Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years in senior executive roles, including substantial leadership experience at C-level, Managing Director, or Director capacity.
  • Proven success in scaling organisations, managing complex operations, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, financial oversight, and organisational transformation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Visionary leadership with strong business and operational acumen.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire, influence, and align diverse teams toward common goals.
  • High emotional intelligence, integrity, and adaptability under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, governance, and data-driven decision-making.

Additional (Bonus)

  • Experience in fundraising, investor relations, or public-private partnerships.
  • International leadership exposure and ability to manage cross-cultural teams.
