This role sits at the heart of that effort, ensuring our operations are effective, compliant, and responsive to both client and internal needs.

Our client is a dynamic branding and outreach consultancy that helps thought leaders and entrepreneurs grow their presence and influence on digital platforms—especially LinkedIn. The team values clarity, consistency, and reliable execution. They are now seeking a Social Media Executive to join their remote team and support day-to-day digital engagement.

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a central role in managing and executing the social media (especially LinkedIn ) strategy. This includes creating content, managing outreach, tracking engagement, and ensuring consistent online visibility. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain a strong and engaging digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Draft and publish daily LinkedIn posts for key clients
  • Outreach: Send a minimum of 20 DMs daily using a provided lead list for client outreach and lead generation
  • Engagement: Comment on and interact with relevant influencers and content to increase visibility and connection
  • Tracking & Reporting: Monitor social media engagement metrics and track sales or lead generation outcomes
  • Platform Management: Regularly update and maintain LinkedIn pages and client websites
  • Email Marketing: Manage newsletters, including mailing list maintenance and timely distribution
  • Admin Support: Provide additional administrative assistance as needed to support content and outreach activities

Must-Have Skills:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) – required to work directly with English-speaking clients
  • 1–3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related admin roles
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and social media best practices
  • Organized, consistent, and detail-oriented in content scheduling and communication
  • Able to work independently in a remote team
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in lead generation or digital outreach
  • Familiarity with newsletter tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Substack)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • A keen eye for tone, clarity, and branding in digital communication
