This role sits at the heart of that effort, ensuring our operations are effective, compliant, and responsive to both client and internal needs.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Solve Work Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business unit. This role combines elements of operations, client management, communication, and coordination. You will be responsible for supporting a range of activities—from administrative processes and project coordination to external outreach and service delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across various functions to ensure our mission-aligned business activities run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across various business functions, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of tasks that support both internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery, including coordinating requests, monitoring progress, and maintaining satisfaction throughout the engagement.
  • Handle operational and administrative matters, including compliance with relevant employment and regulatory requirements, as well as support for human resources processes such as payroll and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, including outreach activities and stakeholder engagement, to support business growth and partnership development.
  • Supervise team members and collaborators to ensure timely and effective delivery of tasks across projects, media, and client support services.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve client experience, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the business unit.

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in operations, administration, client services, or project coordination roles
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Proven experience in handling internal processes such as payroll, documentation, or HR coordination
  • Comfortable communicating with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams in a remote setting
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and communication tools like Slack and Zoom
  • Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s employment and regulatory landscape is a plus
  • Experience working in a hybrid social enterprise or nonprofit setting
  • Background in sales outreach, digital communications, or media production oversight
  • Passion for impact-driven work and alignment with Solve Education!’s mission
