We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting/Finance Executive to oversee our financial operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic insights through precise financial reporting. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (preferred).
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Other Requirements:

  • Experience working in a non-profit or international organization (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance in Singapore/Indonesia/Malaysia (whichever is applicable).

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements efficiently.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts to support organizational planning.
  • Assist in tax preparation, filing, and compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
