You’ll be the driving force behind our educational programs, from the initial planning stages to the final implementation. You’ll work with a team of awesome people to make sure our programs are well-organized, efficient, and deliver amazing results.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Project Management, Social Sciences, or related discipline). A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the NGO sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Other Requirements:
Experience working in or with NGOs, with a clear understanding of the sector’s challenges and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive program plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, and evaluation metrics.
- Align program goals with organizational strategy and ensure consistency with stakeholder expectations.
- Implementation and Oversight:
- Lead the execution of program activities, ensuring timely delivery of outputs and outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program implementation.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, beneficiaries, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program-related communication.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness.
- Prepare and present regular program updates, reports, and impact assessments to stakeholders.
- Use data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate resource allocation and procurement as needed.
- Team Leadership and Capacity Building:
- Manage and mentor program staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
