Solve Education! is a non-profit organization committed to helping children and youth around the globe receive quality, effective education. We are seeking a proficient backend prompt engineer to develop AI solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and enhancing user engagement, and learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to develop project timelines, manage multiple projects, and work under pressure.
  • Community Building Experience: Familiarity with building and maintaining community engagement is highly desired.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including funders, beneficiaries, and facilitators.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to foresee and resolve project-related issues in a proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for funders and other key stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on project progress.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, external facilitators, and beneficiaries to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensuring project continuity.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects remain financially viable.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Develop systems to track project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with agreed outcomes and deliverables.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project outcomes for funders and internal use.
  • Support Community Building: Help build strong relationships within the communities Solve Education! serves, actively engaging with beneficiaries and facilitators to support ongoing programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Community Engagement: Experience working directly with beneficiaries and facilitators on the ground is a bonus.
  • Cross-Cultural Competence: Experience working with diverse cultural communities.
