Position : UI/UX Specialist

Location : Bandung, Indonesia or remotely

Salary : Rp.7.000.000,- or negotiable

Overview

We are looking for an energetic people-person who can help us make our learning platforms more fun and engaging. In this role, you will have plenty of opportunities to interact with our users and beneficiaries and create data-driven decisions based on sound research to satisfy our users’ needs. You will collaborate closely with the Product and LSR team and observe our real users directly to figure out great learning experiences for our students.

Requirements:

1. Experience using Adobe XD/Figma/Balsamiq/other prototyping tools
2. Demonstrate ability to be creative and innovative
3. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
4. Have knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS, understanding their potentials and limitations
5. Able to construct mockups and wireframes for development
6. Able to construct prototype/pretotype and conduct user testing
7. Able to conduct competitor analysis of other websites/apps
8. Have understanding and proven use of user-centered design processes and methods
9. Possess relentless need for investigation and problem-solve for our users
10. Have a great understanding of quantitative and analytics research methods and the ability to design, execute, and analyze research independently from start to finish
11. Able to make design decisions based on requirements and feedbacks and work independently
12. Have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
13. Collaborate effectively in a team
