Smart Futures is a non-profit organization based in Pittsburgh, PA. We develop innovative, affordable, web-based career education programs and currently house four different programs: Keys2Work, PA eMentoring, My Career Journey, and Financial Literacy 101. In his book, Other Ways to Win , Ken Gray, a professor at Penn State University says, "The best predictor of post-secondary success is solid academic preparation combined with a commitment that comes from a career focus. At Smart Futures we work hard to develop programs that reflect this belief. As a result, our ultimate hope is for our programs to contribute towards a Pennsylvania known for the quality of its workforce.
