Eligibility

• Graduation in Any Stream.
  

• 1-3 years of experience on any field related profile, however exceptional candidates without experience can apply
  

• Effective and efficient program coordination at the district level.
  

• Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 % of working time and conduct training for Anganwadi workers on ECCE.
  

• Regular data reporting from the field.
  

• Work in collaboration with district stakeholders.
  

• Seamless communication with Tech comfort and willingness to learn quickly.
  

• Close alignment with RL’s core values and principles.
  

• Mission driven, enthusiastic and optimistic - committed to transformation.
  

Compensation – INR 23000/- + TA + 600 Mobile / Internet Recharge for official purpose.
