The Senior Program Manager will report to the Program Lead and be responsible for recruiting, supervising, and developing 2-4 statewide program managers.<br> </div> <div><br></div> <div> <b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br> </div> <div> <b>Senior Stakeholder Management</b><br> </div> <div> <b>● </b><span>Build and maintain relationships with key officials from the District/Zilla Parishad and Women &amp; Child Development department. <br></span> </div> <div>● Establish clear communication channels to update stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and policy execution in Early Childhood Education. ● Act as a liaison between government departments and the organization to align priorities and enhance collaboration.<br> </div> <div><br></div> <div> <b>Program Management</b><br> </div> <div> <b>● </b>Oversee program implementation, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget constraints. <br> </div> <div>● Identify challenges, analyze data, and refine strategies to enhance the impact of ECCE initiatives. <br> </div> <div>● Provide clear leadership in uncertain situations, guiding the team with clarity.<br> </div> <div><br></div> <div> <b>Policy Implementation &amp; High-Quality Reporting</b><br> </div> <div> <b>●</b> Align district-level activities with state policy priorities for effective program execution. <br> </div> <div>● Draft formal communications, including letters and high-quality reports, in Marathi &amp; English as required. <br> </div> <div>● Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress, challenges, and outcomes to government stakeholders. <br> </div> <div>● Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize program effectiveness.<br> </div> <div><br></div> <div> <b>Team Leadership</b><br> </div> <div>● Guide and support Program Managers and District Coordinators across districts. <br> </div> <div>● Conduct field visits to oversee team operations, assess challenges, and strengthen implementation. <br> </div> <div>● Foster collaboration to ensure smooth execution of program objectives.<br> </div></span><br> </div> <div> </div> </div>
