Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Rocket Learning’s ECCE initiatives<br> </div> <div>in Andhra Pradesh <br> </div> <div>2. Government Liaison: Build and manage strong working relationships with state department,<br> </div> <div>district officials and other stakeholders<br> </div> <div>3. Team Management: Recruit, train and manage a team of regional academic experts &amp; field staff<br> </div> <div>4. Operational Planning: Use field insights and data analytics to create SOPs and support<br> </div> <div>decision-making<br> </div> <div>5. Monitoring &amp; Reporting: Ensure timely data collection and reporting on key program indicators<br> </div> <div>(coverage, activation, engagement)<br> </div> <div>6. Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (content, tech, media, research)<br> </div> <div>to localize and implement interventions<br> </div> <div>7. Timely reporting and course-correction based on program data<br> </div> <div><br></div> <div> <b>Required Qualifications</b><br> </div> <div>1. 6-8 years of experience in program management, field operations or implementation roles (NGO<br> </div> <div>or government partnerships preferred)<br> </div> <div>2. Prior team management experience<br> </div> <div>3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<br> </div> <div>4. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Forms, and basic data interpretation<br> </div> <div>5. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across Andhra Pradesh<br> </div> <div>6. Excellent command of English and Telugu<br> </div> <div>7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, mission-driven mindset<br> </div> <div><b><br></b></div> <div> <b>Preferred Experience</b><b><br></b> </div> <div>1. Background in education, ECCE or public systems<br> </div> <div>2. Experience in multi-stakeholder projects, particularly with government engagement<br> </div> <div>3.
