As part of this initiative, we are hiring </span><span>3 ECCE Language Experts</span><span>, one each fluent in </span><span>Khasi, Garo and Jaintia</span><span>, to support content localization, training, and user feedback integration. As an ECCE Language Expert, you will support the development and contextualization of early learning content in your assigned local language. You will play a key role in ensuring that Rocket Learning’s video-based and activity-based content is culturally relevant, pedagogically sound and easy to understand for Anganwadi workers and caregivers in your community. </span><br></p> <p dir="ltr"><span>Key Responsibilities </span><br></p> <div dir="ltr"> <span>1. </span><span>Translate and adapt educational scripts and materials into </span><span>Khasi / Garo / Jaintia</span><span>, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance </span><br> </div> <div dir="ltr"> <span>2. </span><span>Collaborate with content experts and media producers to support scripting, dubbing and reviewing video content </span><br> </div> <div dir="ltr"> <span>3. </span><span>Participate in </span><span>user testing </span><span>of content with Anganwadi workers; integrate feedback into content improvement </span><br> </div> <div dir="ltr"> <span>4. </span><span>Support in the </span><span>training of field staff </span><span>(District Coordinators etc.) to ensure accurate delivery and usage of the localized content </span><br> </div> <p dir="ltr"><span>5. </span><span>Ensure all content aligns with MECDM’s ECCE priorities and national ECCE frameworks</span><br></p> <div dir="ltr"> <span>6. </span><span>Provide ongoing feedback to the content team for continuous improvement of content delivery and training practices </span><br> </div> <p dir="ltr"><span>Required Qualifications </span><br></p> <div dir="ltr"> <span>1. </span><span>Degree or certification in ECE, Education, Child Development, or related fields</span><span> </span><br> </div> <div dir="ltr"> <span>2. </span><span>Fluency in </span><span>Khasi / Garo / Jaintia </span><span>(depending on position) and working proficiency in </span><span>English</span><span> </span><br> </div> <div dir="ltr"> <span>3. </span><span>1-3 years of experience </span><span>in ECCE curriculum development, teacher training, teaching or related</span><span> </span><span>education roles</span><span> </span><br> </div> <div dir="ltr"> <span>4. </span><span>Familiarity with local culture and early learning practices in Meghalaya</span><span> </span><br> </div> <div dir="ltr"> <span>5. </span><span>Comfort working with digital tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams</span><span> </span><span>6. </span><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in training settings</span><span> </span><br> </div> <div> <span>7. </span><span>Willingness to travel to districts for user testing and training sessions</span><br> </div></span><br> </div> <div> </div> </div>
