Title: Language Expert

- Language: Punjabi Location: Chandigarh/Mohali, Punjab
- Language: Odiya Location: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha
- Language: Malayalam Location: Thiruvananthapuram/Trivandrum, Kerala Language: Tamil Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
- Language: Bengali Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
- Language: Assamese Location: Dispur/Guwahati, Assam
- Language: Gujarati Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat
- Language: Kannada Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Key Considerations: Consultant; Full-time; 2 months; Extendable by a month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop 50 scripts basis a base original script.
2. Review 200 pre-produced scripts for quality and pedagogy
3. Review 215 videos- one round- for production quality and accuracy
4. Review 50 videos X 2 rounds for production quality and accuracy
5. Field days to support shoot of new content- 20-25 days
6. Upload of 275 videos on LMS platform 7. Coordinate with internal and external teams to render and produce the above within stipulated timelines
Critical Factors for Selection:
1.Degree or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education/Education/Child Psychology and Development/Teacher Training/Social Work. 2.3-5 years of work experience in education either as a curriculum developer, teacher or on teacher training programs.
3.Have a strong understanding of how children learn and develop in their early years. 4.Comfort presenting in front of the camera and getting recorded in the videos. 5.Willingness to travel a few days each month for field visits and educational shoots 6.Be able to adapt to the demands of a young, fast-growing organization & comfortable working with technology in a remote-work environment 7.Be fluent in English and State specific language as mentioned above- talking, reading, writing.
