Job Description
At Rocket Learning, you will be working at the intersection of policy, ed-tech, behavioral change, and
advocacy. We are currently looking for a District coordinator to work directly with the Program Manager.
and the Program Lead in Uttar Pradesh. The candidate will be required to sit out of Prayagraj ICDS office;
you will also establish, grow and lead relationship with District officials and Stakeholders. You will be
joining a small, high-performance team with collaborative work culture. In this role, you’ll get:
● Taking ownership of the projects/work streams and managing it end-to-end
● Exposure to government systems of early grades education, and ability to liaison with them on a
regular basis.
● Developing and maintaining relations with multiple government officials
● Coordinate and facilitate all on-ground interventions
● Opportunity to innovate using cutting edge technology and social media to build communities of low-
income parents.
Requirements
Graduation in Any Stream.
1-3 years of experience on any field related profile, however exceptional candidates without experience can apply.
Effective and efficient program coordination at the district level.
Willingness to travel to different locations across the district minimum 70 % of working time and conduct training for Anganwadi workers on ECCE.
Regular data reporting from the field.
Work in collaboration with district stakeholders.
