Key Responsibilities
- Participating in technical design
- Creating and executing roadmap
- Measuring the team performance and setting clear expectations and goals
- Partnering with leadership to influence and drive contribution and prioritization
- Monitoring the progress, identifying issues and implementing corrective measures.
- Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Supports and fosters an environment where questions are never discouraged and collaboration is rewarded
- Innovative thinking and curiosity
- Encourages continuous learning and application of the latest technologies.
- Working effectively with your team, cross functional partners and stakeholders to define strategy and achieve optimal outcomes
- Proven work experience as a technical manager or similar role
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of software engineering work experience
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of software management
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in in Azure/ AWS, NoSQL or any cloud platforms
- NodeJS, Typescript, GraphQL, SQL knowledge.
