QA Analyst (Platform)

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and responsible QA Analyst with at least 2+ years of experience with web

applications to join our team, who should be able to ensure that the application is passing all the test cases and think about great user experience.

Key activities and results

• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests
• Identifying workflow and production issues
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
• Document test cases
• Create training materials, operating manuals and document changelogs
• Communicating the work progress with manager and other stakeholders as applicable
• Performing other relevant day to day operational tasks

• The assigned projects from end-to-end
• Ensuring the feature being tested works even in unpredictable scenarios and provides great user
  
  

Experience

• Being a team player or working independently as applicable
  
  

Critical factors for success

• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role especially with web
  
  

applications

• Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance
• Seamless communication with your manager and other team members, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Close alignment with RL's core values and principles
