Reap Benefit is in this endeavour of building and growing the solve Ninja Movement - “Solving for india, one street at a time, by activating everyday leaders called solve ninjas”

We are on a mission to activate 1 million citizens to engage in civic & environmental problem solving in their local communities to reshape citizen participation & strengthen local self -governance by 2025.

Till now we have activated 1.2 Lac + Solve Ninjas (around 80% of them continuing as citizen social intermediaries), who have taken 1 Lac + civic actions, started 3413 campaigns, and built 552 civic innovations to address local civic and public issues across the country. We have mobilised Solve Ninja hyperlocal communities across 18 states and have been integrating our tools and services with 5 different government bodies across 4 states.

Who is an EA to CEO at Reap Benefit?

As an organization that has completed a decade in the civic and skill activation space, Reap Benefit is at an exciting inflection point. The next 5–10 years will be pivotal as we strengthen our role in the ecosystem—as a network collaborator, community mobilizer, and thought partner. Throughout this journey, we will continue to center agency and changemaking by leveraging technology, data, and on-ground mobilization.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office by managing communications and enabling efficient workflows. At Reap Benefit, where youth agency and community impact are at the heart of our work, the Executive Assistant will support both day-to-day tasks and strategic initiatives, contributing to our broader mission.

Typical day for our EA to CEO looks like:

Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.

Project Coordination

  • Support the CEO in tracking and coordinating projects related to youth agency, hyperlocal climate issues, and civic engagement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Communication and Relationship Management

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit communications, reports, and other documents as needed.

Our EA to CEO will need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.k
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams and external contacts.
  • A user-centric mindset with the ability to gauge diverse situations.
  • A hunger to learn and grow.
  • The ability to give and receive feedback constructively.

It will be a bonus if the EA to CEO can also have:
