Readeezy Literacy seeks dedicated and motivated Grant Writers to research and identify funding opportunities, write persuasive proposals, and collaborate to align efforts with organizational goals. Duties include researching grants related to literacy/education/disadvantaged youth; drafting, editing, and submitting proposals; gathering information with staff; maintaining a grant database with submissions, deadlines, and reporting requirements; and developing budgets with staff. Qualifications: major in Philanthropy, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related; experience in grant writing (volunteer acceptable); literacy intervention experience a plus; interest in literacy/education/publishing/EdTech; excellent research and writing; team player with excellent communication; detail‑oriented, self‑starter; proficiency with Google Drive; able to commit 5–10 hours/week; eligible for academic credit if approved.
