Readeezy seeks talented and self‑motivated Illustrators to develop rich illustrations for a 3,500–4,000 word story (40–50 pages) and 5–6 simple animations. Responsibilities include illustrating an entire book (character design, drafts, cover art), creating character profiles, working in tandem with the author, attending weekly Zoom check‑in meetings, and communicating with staff. Qualifications: major in Illustration or related visual arts and/or portfolio of completed digital illustrations; proficiency with digital drawing software and a graphics tablet; willingness to illustrate mature‑looking teen/college‑level characters; creativity and strong visual storytelling; proficiency with Google Drive; excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills; able to work independently and collaboratively; self‑motivated and deadline‑driven.
