Reports to: Director of Solar Project OperationsThe RoleRE-volv is hiring an experienced technical solar professional to help develop and manage our nonprofit solar installations. In this role, you will coordinate sales, finance, operations and project management. You will be responsible for validating installer bids for small nonprofit commercial projects (30kW to 500kW), building accurate Energy Toolbase models, and managing a pipeline of projects from contract signature to Permission to Operate (PTO).We are looking for a Solar Project Manager with at least 4–6 years of experience who can analyze project designs, spot technical red flags, manage installation timelines, and ensure our projects deliver the savings we promise our nonprofit clients.Position DetailsThis is a full-time position, working 3 days a week from our San Francisco office. (Remote candidates will also be considered.) Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with experience, benefits, and generous paid time off.
