Rcoz is transforming the way South Asians talk about mental health. Too often, struggles go unheard because there’s no vocabulary to express them, fear of judgment stops people from seeking help, and care is only considered in crisis.

We change that by

  • Giving people the words - Through real stories, community dialogues, and workshops, we help people find the vocabulary to talk about mental health.
  • Changing the conversation - Making mental health discussions normal, not shameful, by fostering open conversations with culturally aware experts.
  • Providing tools to overcome barriers - Helping shift mindsets so support is sought sooner rather than later.

At Rcoz, we make mental health conversations feel natural, not clinical-helping South Asians find the words, the support, and the confidence to seek help.
