Rcoz is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Founder and Executive Director.
This is currently a volunteer position, but a stipend may be offered after two months depending on funding availability.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. If you excel at streamlining processes, keeping executives on track, and anticipating needs, this role is for you!
Location Hybrid (Remote & Bay Area, CA)
Commitment 25-30 hours per week
Compensation Volunteer role for the first two months; stipend may be available based on funding.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars for the Founder and Executive Director, scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring follow-ups and action items are tracked.
- Assist with email management, drafting communications, and handling correspondence.
- Support key administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, document preparation, and light project management.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Occasionally attend in-person meetings or events in the Bay Area to support executive needs.
- Prior experience as an executive assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available 10 AM - 3 PM PT on weekdays.
- Hybrid role - occasional in-person meetings/events in the Bay Area.
- References required before starting.
